This avocado crema is one of those recipes.
It started as a taco topping, but somewhere along the way it became my go-to sauce for just about everything. Tacos, eggs, roasted potatoes, nachos, grain bowls, salads—you name it. If it needs a little brightness, creaminess, or flavor, this sauce usually finds its way onto the plate.
The combination of avocado, lime, cilantro, garlic, and green chiles creates something that’s fresh, tangy, creamy, and just a little bit addictive. Best of all, it comes together in less than five minutes.
